See the above post. In the Screenshot you can notice that the guy is playing from USA. The 9th HOP is a Router in Paris, France. You can notice that the ping to that Router is 112ms, and the final ping to the Server in Germany is 115ms. That means there is only 3 ms ping from France to Germany.
Hence you can notice the reliability of Server ISP.
Even I am facing that Problem.. I am getting more than 350 ms pings for almost a week now

Check your 3rd HOP. Its too high for a Local Network Connection. It is the Nearest Gateway point for your Internet Connection and there seems to be some problem because you are getting about 200+ pings to it.

Not a problem with my Gateway. I am getting bad pings for all the European IP Addresses.
Its getting connection to Europe via India -> Singapore -> Australia -> USA -> UK -> Germany
This is causing the High pings.

You can observe that a link from Hyderabad to Germany is done from the other side of the planet as i have told.
Germany -> France -> New York-> Tokyo -> HongKong -> Singapore -> Chennai -> Hyderabad
The Best route is
Germany -> France -> Mumbai -> Hyderabad
