i cant play also in game only i can login in game after login only can chat and after sometime me getting dc

only a3mania ip giving high ping
i had talk to my ISP about this but they told nothing problem net
i had check other IP also ( Like World of warcraft , tta3 , etc.... )
plz check on it last 4-5 days i cant play even for 1hr
