i downloaded a3 client today, and it doesn't seem to work
i have made an account etc

when i use bypass launcher, the connect windows open but when i click on it nothing happens . .. . .

i can really use some advice .. . .

and also ur anti-virus software

well i have avg
512 MB ram
windows xp
integrated graphics card
with p4 motherboards



i dont have the details of the later 2 with me . .. . .

btw when i try to connect my acp, i log in
but all i see is a black screen (in firefox) and a white screen in (internet explorer)

ps: if possible can u tell me step to step guide on how to install i have all the 3 things in the downloading section . .. .

and i cant find any read me file, or instructions which could help me out on installing. ...

I did all the procedure present in the guide abt installation launching.
Kept all the options on the minimum and tried to connect ..
then i get this picture which i hav attached with this message.

Make sure that the A3Client.exe is not getting deleted by your Antivirus

i have done everything suggested

closed my anti virus (AVG)

followed instruction in the guide . . . .. .

but when i click connect on the screen nothing happens and the launch window closes. . ..

please help

did try again with no result

well the problem is "A3client.exe"
when i click on it it says
"windows cannot access te specified device, path, or file. You May not have the appropriate permission to access the item"
btw i have windows xp

and when i use the "bypass"
and click on connect from it
it says "File not found 'A3Client.exe'"


can somebody please help i have been on the forum since the afternoon, and trying to find a solution with no luck .. . .please help ~!

btw i am also not able to log in the acp to update my profile
i tried using firefox,internet explorer and google chrome with no luck heres a ss
i only get a black screen in chrome and firefox and a while screen in internet explorer

i have mozilla firefox 3.0.10

Try using the ACP link in the forum. Check it above in the link bar. "Game Account Control Panel"

its working now i am able to open the game, and see the log in screen.

but i still having trouble with the ACP, and without filling info in it

i cant log in

any suggestions anyone ?

Dunno. It works fine. Try out some browser settings or see on a different PC. Lower the browser security settings and test.
