A3 Mania Forum

Well this sounds like a normal prob but....im facing a problem to launch the game...
After installing the game ..the game launcher opens and when i click on connect nothing happens ..well im postin the screnn shot of a3mania folder and i guess due to the firewall symbol in the client its not opening..Awaiting an early resp....

Its simple...

Remove ur anti virus.. n install again...

U wil play easily....

ne procedure without removin antivirus

Well Removing anti virus does solve the prob
But the bigger prob is that the system is my bros..who has some imp files in it..and hes gona kick me if i remove the antivirus or even disable it ..


Help me out here

the best thing i can say it dont play xD


the virus showed by the anti virus is a false virus... disable ur antivirus for a min .. download the patch cory paste it .. n then enable ur anti virus... n if u cant do this Srry u not welcomed in game xD


or else u can also eep the exe file of a3 mania in exception n then try to download the patch

Again installing the anti virus again cleans the exe file...
So the game dosent work... Even if the anti virus is turned off..
It need complete uninstallation of anti virus..

As a result if u wanna play game the keep formatting ur pc every monts

If thers any other way... I wil be glad to know

put your a3mania client in the list of exceptions in anti virus....

yes......it seems like u hav McAfee Anti Virus Program.........
right click on the icon in the desktop tray.................... click on the option that opensa McAfee user Interface........

go to the sub option named computer scanner........chk virus vault........it mite hav deleted an a3 mania file which is very important.....restore the file

go back to the old page.......u ll find an Option named Manage Exceptions.......click on it and click Add Path......
now browse out the folder of A3 Mania and click apply n ok..................
there u go.........u r free to play now .......
and btw.....it shows a virus.....but its a hex file not a virus..................a hex file is a file that has been modified to different settings than normal using an editor..........it is preset in all the private servers!!! so dont worry

Im using McAfee ..dono which version coz its showing
Security centre version:9.3
Virus Scan:13.3
Personal FIrewall:10.3
Site Adviser:2.9
Anti Spam :10.3
Parental controls:11.3
Easy network:3.3
Backup and restore:3.3

& top of thatcant get add exceptions option ,any where ..searched everything..Even if i restore files it again gets quarentined..

i got the a3 client(5.8 mb). uploaded from my frds place..but when extracting , the a3 cleint gets deleted by Antivirus
and i cannot disable the antivirus ..

Download the 512 patch from the site.

Or download the new A3 mania installer which I have added. The patch should work fine too.
