Description and Message

Dear GM's

My support ticket id is 565. Char name Muaaaah was banned for 5 days i.e. 10th june 2009 11:47 pm to 15th june 2009 11:47 pm. my character is still banned. i request you to activate my account again. i had already promised that i will never abuse again. please reactivate my account as soon as possible.
