HI
I was RB3 lvl 153 and had about 450mil wz in my inventory , i was taking RB4 @ ACP but i forgot to log-off my character in-game , so it is now showing that i took rb4 but i dont have any skill points and my wz also was still wid me . please do the needfull and solve this problem asap .

You should keep your character offline while taking Rebirth. Its clearly mentioned in the ACP.
