This was just bothering me a little bit. Y are we unable to buy skill scrolls from deulla?

U can only use the Skills/SS once per account.

no u can use for every char u make in the account...but the char should be 20 lvl +

Thanks I didn't know u could do it for every char. And yes I'm a total noob at the game, but you don't learn unless u make mistakes

All Level 1 skills are directly available from the NPC.
