its 2 days now since i have not got any reply or solution to my problem
regarding the login problems of my character.

my ticket is already under process but no progress since past 2 days.

kindly do the needful at your earliest.

I think its stuck b'coz its spelling contains more than 10 letters

Its 12 characters. I have renamed the Character to Aloysius
