Dear all
i have appiled to buy Wide Dirt skill and paid money rs. 500 on 11 september agains ticket number 985.
On the same day i made a payment of rs 3500 to buy uniqe spear of warrior against ticket number 973.
i have mailed to gms about 100 of times regarding my issue but still no reply they want confirmation mail all the time, later i closed ticket number 973 and raise a new ticket for change in items. ticket number 1122 on 16th october. it is almost 1 and half month passed and i am still waiting for my stuffs.
i am opening this topic coz i am not satesfied by new Gm. all the time he sayin wait 1 sec wait 1sec or 5k me.
he even delivered stuffs who ordered 2 days back. i am feeling cheated it is not fair guys. all getting their stuffs and i am waiting till now. just want to say.. DELIVER ME MY STUFFS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

1. You have made the payment when the old Management team was in power. We were not aware of the status of your payment until you had told us that you haven't got it.

2. You and one of your friend (I suppose) have sent 2 mails from same Payment asking for different stuffs.

It would be better if you stay on the support ticket.

As you replied to me it seems you are threating me by saying "It would be better if you stay on the support ticket". Why should i keep waiting when you arent delivering my stuffs.For Ticket id 985 you hvnt recieved any 2nd demand mail, i am still demanding Wide Dart skill for that.

for my second ticket 973 (which i hv colsed because i hv changed my plans of buying g9.5 spear) and raise a new ticket 1122 and have sent you the list of stuffs.

Stop showing attitude and help players. Cant you understand the feelings of a player waiting for his stuffs for more then 1 month.... instead of helping him you are saying me "It would be better if you stay on the support ticket". When no one helpingme and you are talking with threatingly manner. i am feeling like i am cheated by you ppl.

you said that you were not in power that time. but i am sending you mails even after that also. when other ppl are getting their stuffs in 2 days why sud i will be waiting for 1 and half month. just deliver me my stuffs or return me my money if you arent going to give me stuffs. i will leave server and will not complain you any more.

I am not showing my attitude. I was doing so, It would be entirely different. I told very clearly that we were not aware of the status of it. And moreover as I told, you and you friend were have sent different mails asking for different stuffs. How do you expect us to know what you need?

I told you to stay on the ticket because I am not attending to the Support Tickets at the moment. So if you need your stuffs, you need to clearly notify the Support Team. If you keep posting in the forum and keep making a fuss of it, there is nothing going to happen.

here once again you indirectly threating me in the end by saying "If you keep posting in the forum and keep making a fuss of it, there is nothing going to happen."

it was me who sent 2 mails 1 was sented on 11th of october and again i sent you on 16 oct or smthin near to that
so better replying me here come in game and delver me my stuffs. waiting waiting and waiting... crossed all limits cant tollrate this anymore. you giving stuffs to all. why me to wait only...

you just got 1 point demanding other stuffs...

didnt you think once that i hv mentioned 3 ticket numbers
ticket number 973 on whihc i demanded fr g9.5 uni spear but later i realise that i dont need that anymore
so changed that in ticket number 1122 and closed that ticket number 973.
for this ticket. if you are putting me on wait.. it is reasonable.

but what about ticket number 985... there were no 2nd mail for that ticket. i demanded Wide dart skill for that ticket.
then y it is still undelivered?

I have replied to your Support Ticket. As I have mentioned there, I went to ICICI Bank branch to get the Old Printed Statements. They have asked for the Photo ID Proof. Since the account belongs to the old Management team, they need to get the statements for us. I have contacted "Scar" and he says he do the bank work.

We are not going to run away. So you can totally remove the question of cheating over here.

don't worry da , In just a matter of time you will receive your stuffs..

On the Support tickets , its clearly mentioned "We will deliver the stuffs as soon as we receive the Email from you."
A mail takes a matter of secs - few minutes to get delivered..
but it takes at least 24-48 hrs to deliver the stuffs..
Moreover people don't know when the GMs are online or going to come online..

These are the main reasons players get impatient..

Just a suggestion :-bd

1) Try to change the words from
"We will deliver the stuffs as soon as we receive the Email from you." to "We will deliver the stuffs within 48 hrs of receiving the Email from You"
2) Keep a standard time for delivering the stuffs and listening to grievances etc and, (or) do offline transfers..

I hope my suggestions are taken into consideration.

gm's said that i have to wait 1 more day because they still havn't got confermation. but they will deliver my stuffs till tomorrow.

i hope tonight i will get my stuffs as Gm said to me...
mama you know that how badly i need Wd and other stuffs.
as i am waiting from more then 1 and half month ...... if i had WD i wud hv taken rb 12 with my archer....
and g10 set will b ready also... coz now a days so may ppl are rb 12 ... so i also want to b 1 of highest lvl char owner :P.... as soon as Gm's delivering me Wd and stuffs... i will go to rb12 .... also planning to make other chars rb 12 too... he he
