On the Support tickets , its clearly mentioned "We will deliver the stuffs as soon as we receive the Email from you."
A mail takes a matter of secs - few minutes to get delivered..
but it takes at least 24-48 hrs to deliver the stuffs..
Moreover people don't know when the GMs are online or going to come online..
These are the main reasons players get impatient..
Just a suggestion
1) Try to change the words from
"We will deliver the stuffs as soon as we receive the Email from you." to "We will deliver the stuffs within 48 hrs of receiving the Email from You"
2) Keep a standard time for delivering the stuffs and listening to grievances etc and, (or) do offline transfers..
I hope my suggestions are taken into consideration.

We are not professionals.
We give time according to our real life obligations... so we cannot come up with a time frame. Here "receive the email from you" means the time we check your email. And it is checked when we are free from real life obligations. And yes.. I do not handle the things anymore.. the new GMs do.. But I knows what goes in.
