i am not able to take the rebirth of my archer mercy even after i keep the required amount of wz in inventory and my merc lvl is 110+.
when i try to take rb , an error comes "rebirth failed".
please look into the matter.

my archer merc name is :LEGOLAS 135 lvl.

Ticket id is 1223.

My char name is Frozenarrow . but i couldnt write the full name in above post .

Have you Skipped any Rebirth? If you keep your character online and take Merc RB, you cannot proceed to Next RB.

I have replied to your Support Ticket. Check and confirm the same.
