cant launch game

when i click on the launcher a box opens giving sm details 1 on which is shows cannot connect to FTP server
pls help me asap..... and yeah my net is too connected

Server under a Network Outage.
I have had a word with the Datacenter people. Being a Sunday, its hard to predict if the server will be up or not.
I will keep you informed.
