Dear Players,

As you are aware that we have shifted the server to India, we are facing some issues with Disconnections. There are few disconnections in the game because of Server Network Issue. We cannot find a complete fix to this issue.

Earlier when we used to have the Germany Server, it used to be located in a Datacenter managed by a Professional Server Hosting team. However since we wanted to improve the ping, we had to Shift it to India and host it personally, which is giving way to several complications.

We are currently in state of dilemma as to continue the current Server in India or to shift back to our old Germany Host in order to make the server more stable.

Also we have invested Huge amount of money in purchasing Server Machine, Backup UPS, A/C, Leased Line etc, which has been a big burden to us. Provided, the number of Eshop Donations this month were very few.

Its not an issue of money. We can afford hosting it in India the way it is now even thought it is costly, but since there are issues with Disconnections, we had to rethink on what is to be done. If such a thing is causing problem to the players who are actively playing, then there is no point in spending lots of money hosting the server in India.

Please post your views so that we could decide to what can be done.

Well Scar DC r the issue but wid tht the pings hve decreased and The melee speed which was not good hve increased .... i think u should not shift.... Coming 2 DC problem i know u cn rectify it in sme time

i think the pings have improved big time here and am sure things will settle down as time goes on..

Am personally of the opinion that the server should be hosted in India as the gaming experience has been amazing ever since the server has been shifted to India..

Once again like to compliment the A3 Mania team for such an amazing gaming experience given to us..

well its got to b unstable as its new, so i think u shud give it some more tym, mayb w8 till d end of dis mnth n c d condition n den decide

Hmm...Shifting server is a no no..As regarding getting DC ,yes we are getting dced but not lyke 10-15 tymes a day..
It's just at some point of the day we get dced for 1 ,2 or max 3 times..

And You guys can catch up with someone who know Professional Server Adminsitration from u r contacts and in time u can get that DC thing Corrected..

As Of now We are Happy with this New Server which is giving good pings

My ping is 900 now and i get DC too due to high ping.
I think U gv some more time to check the stability of server, since Indian players are more.. but if the frequency of DC increases better to shift it. Even with 47 ping if u keep getting DC there is no Use(My View).
Since we have invested so much money we need to check the stability and then decide.

m totally sure the player count of a3 mania is gonna touch 150 at least even on non event days...

Guyz just dnt think of good PING it will cause a major dispute ingame.Suppose 2 char playing PVP and one Dced will other guyz accept that server issue.

No, He will considered him as WINNER and pls dont say here that u will accept it that No1 will accept.

I think shifting server to India just for good PING is not good bcoz if we compare service/support in India is not that good as outside India.

But ur decision will be Final.

As per my view server shud shifted to Germany.

Even the server was in germany i got to get DCd once in may be in 1or 2 days , èven having proffessionals. In India it is new , but'll settle ultimately.
Btw the gaming exp is so imba(awesome) that we can tolerate 2 DCS in three days.
Also I would give thanks to u guys for atleast handling this much of pro work nicely. Thanks a lot n let the server be in india.

Shifting Server to india is a good idea...

Better pings means smooth play...

Its better to hav a smooth play wit little errer rather than irritating game play wit no error..

N about Indian ISPs we all r aware of their services.. Even we were getting dced from german server dure to our ISPs... So we hope U keep running server from india..

And we know U guys wil be able to come up wit all ur glithes in the course of time

wid server shifttd to india there is no lag issue.... only sm petty disconnecting issue ..... i dont think we will want a game were every second step we take we lagg ..... nd so i am of the opinion that serer shuld not be shiftted back to germany....like joru n many others said i think u can get sm help from professionals nd get the prob fixed ....

im thinking that if more players online on server then more dc problem
this is my observation mostly happen in TOD event
so this is may be ISP problem or some kind of server programing abt connectivity
so if they got any professional n solve that problem then its fine but GMs u have to decide this as soon as possible
becos taking time for trying to get rid of this problem n after failuer trying to shift server ll be cost more money than shifting now

in my personal suggestion i would like to play on low ping server ....... but while looking at this point we have to look at our financial capacity to sustain that money waste we planing to keep server in india if fails...........

so i don care from where server runs but i want server to keep running for eternity

Even I am getting dced 2 - 3 times a day but my character loggin out immediately and reconnect screen appear.
So there is no issue like winning pvp as forgetis said or dying in map bucause dc. Server should not be shifted back to Germany its better here in India
