GM SIR after give id and pass the a3mania screen cming when i click on that it showing cant log into server gm chak the out

HEY I CAN LOGIN BUT ONCE I CLICK ON MY CHAR IT GIVES SOME ERROR & AFTER CLICKING OK IT GETS CLOSED MY FRNDS SAY MY CHAR IS STUCK IN NEVIA CANYON PLZ HELP

I am also facing login problem.

When i select my character am getting "click ok to exit" message.
