I hv opened support ticket on 3rd of Jan not taken in look till now and i am not really very pleasred with it yesterday evening Blade Took all support tickets but my ticket was not even replied back which is very upseting so looking forward to be looked upon soon Support Ticket Id - 1404................

It looks like it is Item drop due to death.. You maynot get back your item. I will investigate this issue and will post more details. this is not something that can be settled in few seconds since this is Item Missing issue so we have to check each and every possibility. You need to be patient.
