Hi GMs... !

i hav already opened a ticket concerning some items that are missing from one of my chars .. !
Every detail of the Query is mentioned in the Ticket .. !
U had replied to it saying that u need 5 minutes to read the whole thng coz it was very lengthy to read... !
but it has been 3-4 days since u last said that n no action has yet been taken...neither has ne1 replied to the ticket.. !!

My ticket ID is 1550 ..!

kindly look into the matter asapp..ty !!

i again want to state that kindly some GM have a look at my Ticket 1550...i hav updated it as required..please look into the matter asap !!

i got some questions
1st . aren't we allowed to give our views? coz u are allowing to post only the creator...
2nd. can you see something burning? ... Chilllz we are just firing up the topic nothing else to do.
3rd. why your management is so slow? this guy is waiting frm 1 week almost..
4th. are you confident that you will b able to return his stuffs? .. wat gonna happen next?

Let the person who has the issue discuss. No one else has to poke his watever. Your views are not going to help or expedite the issue. It will just delay.

And hacking and item loss issues are least on our priorities. It does not happen due to our fault and we look at them when we are absolutely free and jobless. And moreover we have other things too in which we might be busy.
