Hello, my ign is Immortaldead. For some reason i couldn't type it in above space.
I've been getting 200+ pings in game from like 1 week. I get 150-160 pings sometime but it's still not good. When i try to ping through cmd it says "Request timed out" while my net is working perfectly. Could you help me out on this problem please.

Firewall might be activated at Scar's residence...Thats y its shwin u RTO's !!

Dunno maybe..
The other day someone told me that Scar is using reliance and im using reliance as well.
Why am i still getting RTO's!!

yea Scar recently changed to a 1mbps reliance connection.. Try Pinging frequently..maybe when the firewall isnt activated...u wnt get RTO's !!
