Dear GM,

The only thing i would like to know if in case i will be getting my ESHOP items.
The reason for asking such a question is since the date of payment i waited for nearly a week to receive any response. GM Blade replied that GM Scar would deliver the items on 25th March 2010 in addition to that also said to keep sufficient space in char inventory for offline transfer.
I did as it was requested but it has been more than a fortnight since nothing has happend.
So i dont know what to do, hence i am posting my issue out here hoping that i might get some kind of reply.

i dont wanna bump in Menshi's topic but atleast u can provide the Confirmation of the receipt of the deposit via mail or the tickt..l !

As instructed I left 5k on your char hoping that you will resolve the issue on Sunday. However Sunday passed by and yet no resolution.Let me also bring to your kind attention that this is not the 1st time I am facing this issue.
Initially when server was new and I used to buy E-shop items is was strictly delivered in max of 48 Hrs as it was very clearly instructed by GM Numenor as a turnaround time for delivery of E-shop items. Seeing the commitment of the GMs and the support staff I made couple of other characters on server and that is when things started to get rough. After few initials buys I never received any thing on time had to wait for weeks together over and above that had to stay online for Hrs hoping that GMs will come online and give stuffs. Dear GMs as we value your time and keep patience I hope you do the same and show some respect to the E-shop Buyers. Cause eventually they are one of the major reasons for the smooth running of the server.
I had also have another issue where in I had created Orb of Magic by mistake and had made ticket for the same (Ticket Id 1440) where in u informed me that I can exchange it with any GMs online. It has been more than 3 months since no GMs r interested in helping me out. I have sent 5k so many times to GM Warrior, GM Blade and GM Scar. However I was very close to getting it exchanged with GM Warrior who left a 5k on my char to deal him when he was online. But as many guys who play regularly i.e. are online know that GM Warrior is AFK most of the time and he never responds to pms and sending 5k didn’t work for me as I have tried I don’t know how many times.
So please provide some kind of resolution because these things are really becoming demoralizing.
I just hope some positive things will come out of this.

Da i am not buying from E-shop for the 1st time I am writing this post in forum only after doing all that and having patience for 15 days. And you would agree with me that Ticket Id is sufficient for GMs to check all that.

Menshi i was askin the GMs to atleast giv a confirmation of the receipt of money..i did not mean to say it to u... !
