I had kept my weapon and few other items in my inventory while taking rb6. i expected some of the slots to be inaccessible in the beginning and 1st row to be unaffected just like previous RBs.
But everything vanished.
I'm hugely sorry for not paying heed to the warning properly (i had misinterpreted the results from previous RB experience).
Is there any way the lost items maybe recovered?
If so then plz do the needful.
Im sure that you have the necessary details with you, still im posting the list of items which i lost and need back.

Antria (G9 xbow) lvl 10 with AA and blessing and all eles around 15
a box of UJs (approx 50, surely less than 53)
a box of Nery (L) (approx 50, surely less than 60)
boxes of ores ( all 4 colors, approx 10 each)

(also i had some arrows tp scrolls and felumer n larc Gs; but i don't require these)

I'm HUGELY sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you, but i hope that you shall look into the matter and help me out.

Another issue has come to notice now.
I am no longer getting any experience nor WZ from the kills made by my mercenary. Could you please bring to light what has happened to my char?
All this started since taking RB6.

p.s. - I forgot to mention that i took the rebirth between 10:30p.m. and 11:05p.m. IST; on April 3rd.

I have already opened a support ticket. The details provided are only of the vanished items, the actual ticket has complete details.
If required i'll edit the post, but please could you tell me a tentative time frame for resolution of issue?
I know your busy with the Merc issues, but plz do look into my tickets soon.

i had put IGN but it seems it dint list.
IGN: Forbidden.
And yes i was talking about when i was lvl 1 after rb.
Also i dint notice this b4 so i maybe wrong; but kills by merci dnt add to the quest kills.
anyhow the mercenary issue can be put to rest fr now owing to the reset of all mercenaries; but what about the disappeared stuffs, any chance of gettin it back??
p.s. i know the GMs are busy due to server changes, but i would like a tentative responce on the minimum, resolution of issue can come later.

the merc kills add to ur Quest Kills....its not the other way round... !

And till rb 5 if u take rb widout keepin ur Inv empty..the few startin spaces in ur nv are Alright but the rest are freezed..wid no item loss.. !
But After Rb 5...from rb 6 to Rb 12..if u dnt keep ur Inv empty B4 Rb....Woosh!~....Everythng Gone.. !

ya i also lost a couple of ss n a few more items whn i took my rb a few days ago, bt nthin big, luckily i hd kept my bragir in str

but u see i did lose a few important things.. one really important thing... I actually expected it to be similar to previous rbs and didn't expect a item loss; is there any way that i may get the weapon back at-least??
GMs awaiting your response, if nothing can be done then at-least say so and lock the thread, i'll close the ticket.

BTW why is there no response from the GMs in the tickets?? Also look into ticket id 1863 when u get the the time GMs.
