Hi Scar and other Gm's Recently the pings have sky rocketed and it has become unplayable for us Foreign players please resolve the issue and look into it. I have attached the image please look at this image ! Getting constant 400+ Pings



And if you think it is an isp problem then may be u should see this image


I am getting only 319 Ms Ping for a server in India So there is a problem from ur side

i am getting 250 only, 250 constant. its pretty kewl , no lagg though.

The Ping is still in the high 350's i really don't think gm's care !

Ping is not something that we can fix. You will have to pray for it to get better. Post your trace report to analyze why it is so.

Can you direct us how to reduce ping ? the tcp fix ain't work in windows 7

Google Leatrix Latency Fix 1.15 for WOW.. it's similar to the no melee patch but compatible with Win7. don't try other WOW fixes, they just modify your routes to wow servers only.. If this doesn't work, come to WOW =P

If the GMs would give us info on how to manually fix the tcp on windows 7, as done by the patcher on other versions, we would be very grateful.
My meelee attack is almost freezing.

Also i would like to point out that high pings are being faced by people within India too, I'm playin from kolkata and facing high pings too, check out the screenie.



Pings are worse ingame too not goin below 250ms and couple of times was 1k 2k and even 3k, needless to say i was getting dcd often.
I'm using a high bandwidth plan of tataindicom broadband and the issue has been plaguing me since last 3-4 days only.

Probably the server ISP n host need to be intimated about the issue so as to resolve it.

We dont control the routes of the packets coming from your PC through your ISP. You will have to contact the ISP. The TCP fix does not change the route. It will not help to lower pings much. Use google to know more about TCP fixes.

You need to ping acp.a3mania.com . Its not a3mania.com

Ya i know that you can't help with the ping and packet routing, but i was just trying to illustrate the point that the high pings are not only limited to foreign players. Also the tcp fix in vista was very beneficial in reducing laag to some extent, but on win 7 there is no such fix, if you could help us win 7 users it would be great.

Thanx for pointing it out, it was a stupid mistake on my part. I'm posting a fresh screenie, check out the time to live times.



Anyhow i know that resolving issues like this is not easy, just point us in the right direction and we'll help out.

Looks like your ISP is blocking Traceroute. Without the traceroute, we cannot predict the issue. It should be a routing problem.

Ok. I'll fiddle around myself, i'll tell others if i find a way around this laag. Anyhow i'll soon be in another town, lets see how BSNL broadband fares.

GM's really pings increased ...
before also i use to get 450pings but melle use to be a bit better but melle has gone bad and ping is 500
Gizmo is getting a bit better pings than me ..
It is just for ur info i feel there is some change from ur side other wise we all wont get effected at the same time
Its just for ur info because nyway i m enjoying the merci party in carode i felt like a3 india is back
U guys will find out some solution as u always does
