GMs
How many days shall we wait for our stuff ?
Atleast there should be some fixed time or day for the item delivery, when Scar took responsibilty of E shop he said he will be online on some particuler days but as time passed no one delivering the items on particular time. Ultimately we r the one who is suffering.
Please hav look at this issue and i Hope i recieve my items at the earlier ill keep my character online if m afk u transfer items, if its offline please transfer offline.

I have deposited a amount of 4250 INR for the below mentioned Stuff.

2. Grace 1 No ---------750 INR
Total --------------------------------------4250 INR

I am attaching the respective PAY-IN-SLIP to the Ticket.
Expecting items delivery as early as possible
I guess this is the mail that you have sent us. A proper and a Good mail Without your Character name and Account ID mentioned anywhere. If that is the case, we cannot judge who has made the payment and ultimately we cannot do an offline transfer also.

Send a New Email with the Proper Details.

Support Ticketing for Eshop is just for Formal Enquiry. We issue Eshop Items based on Emails that are send to the Support only.

i 4got in my frst mail to send character name, but immediately i have sent another mail ... dono y it didnt reach ..

I have sent mail now please check it. I have mentioned the items, also there is a small change in items list check.
so please do offline delivery if i am not online.

I thought support ticket is the main in delivery so kept updating it .. srry its my mistake..

Can i xpect my stuff today m waiting :D, please do offline transfer i left my character online but it got dc. now i m in office so cant come online. I have sent mail regarding stuff and character name also i mentioned it now there should not be any prob. please read my 5k which i have sent to Blade. Please do ASAP.

Aah so you are the guy who sent the donation without char name and account ID. Scar was running around mad trying to find out who sent it. :))
Dont worry he will give u the items soon. These days delays are unavoidable as all of us a too busy. TOOOOOOOOOO Busy infact.

Arey i have immediately sent another mail after that, i dono y u guys didnt get tat, it is showing delivered in my sent mails..
This dam thng happened due to my copy, paste nd edit.... m just getting angry on my self.
