Did not get SS and Skills

Hi ,
I just wanted to say that evenafter I did what was was asked from me to do in order to get SS and skills , I did not get any thing, when I try again it says " you can only try this once" please help ... my ID is chicky and my char's name is chicky .. if you want my pwd I can give that to you as well .. pleae help .... as I have just Migrated from Hades server and Im new to this server ;-(
