Hello sir as so many of other players also posted this thing before,
Without taking much time of yours...
I m Posting My Tracert + ping [all RTOs ]

I m Using BSNL ISP..
2mbps plan.

This always happen at Afternoon like say 1 to 5 pm.

dude i get even worst pings than that.. usually am not able to login only.. whenever am able to login pings are as follows..

There are my tracerts and pings.. i used to get 250 before 2 weeks, but now after i changed to windows vista and after that reliance post the GM's posted.. pings changed to this:







Can the Gm's help? i am sure this is not a an ISP problem coz i checked 7 different ISP's around my place and all are giving 370 above.
