Server will be down for OS Reinstallation

Hello Everyone,
We suspect some Problem with Windows Installation in the Server. The CPU Usage past 3 days is 100% and CPU is getting too hot.
Inorder to avoid any damage, we have planned a re installation of Operating System.
Server will be down in the Early Hours on Sunday IST. Expected Time is 6:00 AM IST. Server will be back online at 9:00 AM IST.
We are sorry for any Inconvenience for the Weekend.
