ISP still not allowing a3 mania to run

Dear GM,
You told me that the ISP will look into the matter..
its been 36 hours and still nothing has happened..
Why is this happening to Beam-Telecom users?
I believe that the server and my computer are both using the same ISP..
When other ISPs can connect to the server why cant I?
Other friends who use Beam telecom are also havin the same problem..
Where is the Server located? Can i talk to someone in person?
Kindly help.
