Need Help from Gm's take some action against abusers

hello Gm's ,
I am being abused very badly in-game by a group of retards....
Names : - Patchy,Kingoferabus,sharemarket

and few more but i dont have Screen SHot of them...these chars are keeping on abusing me daily...its Ok even if they abuse me they are getting too personal they talk about parents , sister and at times they are talking like Racist...
i have taken as many screen shots as possible to give you proof of what happened...can you please do something that would stop these guys from abusing...i feel so bad to play with these people...whenever they get Pkd they start to do the same of abusing parents..
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THESE IMMATURE KIDS WHO ABUSE OTHERS PARENTS AND TEACH THEM A LESSON BY BANNING THEM FOR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS AS U CAN
they have been doing it for the past 1 week i thought they will stop but they wont :\ so i had no other go ,other than to post it here and ask for Justice..
