As fas as i can see it is completely legal to trade for in-game wz . You can please check the rules section and in-game announcements they clearly mention that dealing for real cash is illegal and not the dealings which are done for wz.

I m selling it for wz and not for Real Cash.

The screenies u posted were regarding real cash deals..that guy had to be banned...but i guess the gms overlooked it... but this is a case of Dealing in ingame wz... jax stop crying for ur case here >,< !
