im srry to say but the gms cannot help u if u shared the Characterwid the guy... if otherwise..they will investigate n help u ... pls make a Support Ticket Regarding this !

If u shared Id gms cant help.....
and if it is your account then you can retreive your password from the ACP by answering your secret Question.

sir actually i didnt created that id . i was new so someone else created it.so i dont know the email id from which it was created.

actually i m greenday and helping my cafemate he said to help me and get my id back. i said i will try. so u can help him if u want...........
