I hope I am free on the weekend to hold the event. Will try my best. Therefore I have given two dates. Either 4th or 5th. So be ready on both days in evening and mark your calendars accordingly.
After portal closes the event will not be restarted. So make sure that you enter the Tower before the portal closes. No cries of missing to enter or to re-enter portal will be entertained. Getting DCd or lagged complains will not be entertained. If you die, then you are out of the portal. No considerations will be made for anyone.
Creeps MIGHT drop Mark of Rubals inside Tower on all All floors. It will drop from the Treasure box as well. 
TIme fixed for start between 5 to 6 PM on Sunday Evening.

It will be held on Sunday after 5 PM. Thats was the information I got from Numenor.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz put TOD @ 5pm .. coz if tod portal opens @ 6pm then TOD will end after 7.30 pm
and @ 7 pm we have our iftari for muslims .. so many of the ppl might be cnt play .. please .. put
@ 5pm so all can play

It will be a very good thing if u start tod after 7 because we will be busy breaking our fast before that and cant play tod
