Gms my charac got banned b4 1/2 month its not released yet !!

i got a reply in my ticket 2 weeks ago tat charac released wit all stuffs

but sad 2 say it didnt release yet Gms not taking proper care of players here

i wud like GMs 2 enable it frm support !!
