GM's won't reply to forum topics -even though they are active on forums. They don't come online and look into our concerns - WHEN SOME 100 PEOPLE COMPLAIN OF LAGG OR rto'S EVERY SINGLE DAY. They don't respond to the endless Support Tickets and E-mails I send!!! What do I make of all this??

When I ask them to deliver an item which I have ordered 2 weeks back, they ask me endless things to support my claim and when I satisfy all their demands, they won't respond.. What are you guys trying to prove? Do you want us to beg and plead to get something I HAVE ORDERED YOU GUYS TO DELIVER IN EXCHANGE FOR THE MONEY WHICH YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM ME? You are NOT doing ME a favor! I'm doing a favor by giving you money and help you run this server and you are obligated to deliver on your promise of delivering MY item within the time frame specified - AS SOON AS THE MAIL IS RECEIVED!!! And when you FAIL to do this you owe every DONOR a compensation! How many times do u want me to open tickets, send mails and open forum topics before you wake up and deliver??

Through my eyes, this is just another way of making money so that you can satisfy your carnal desires, go on vacations or enjoy your weekends as these are the LAME reasons you are giving every single time you delay a delivery!

FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEMS - STOP BEGGING/PLEADING. ITS YOU MONEY FOR HEAVEN SAKE AND THEY BETTER DELIVER IT! DEMAND IT!!!

From next time onwards, Please specify a time of a week,so that we can know when to pay. Its such a mess
*Only one Gm should be dealing with the E-shop items.
*Multiple people on Scar's ID is totally unorganized way of dealing.

We dont give a timeframe to handout eshop items. We have our real lives to take care of. Learn to wait.

If you dont have a timeframe then create one . I work full time, have 2 more jobs to take care about. Yet I do take out time for the things which I find it mandatory to be performed. Please do not give shit excuses as you mentioned before. Patience is a virtue, but in your case, its a curse.
If we wouldnt rug ourselves here, you wouldnt have even cared about it.

There will be never a time frame. Live with it. You can cry and give as much reasons and justifications, it is not going to change.

And what a ridiculous response! If you want to take care of your personal lives, then stop e-shop selling and begging in-game/pleading us to helping u run the server or should I say support your PERSONAL LIVES. If you order something on-line, say Amazon.com and if it is delayed do u say the same thing in your real life? I have understood that there is something beyond A3 Mania for the GM's and patiently waited for more than 2 weeks.. And u guys (say 5 to 6 GM's) need more than 2 weeks to take care of ur personal lives?

This lame excuse further supports my subject!!

All I want is my item. Deliver it.. Speak to whoever that busy GM of urs to spend some time off his valuable PERSONAL WORLD and give us our items OR simple return the money which I have given u guys.
