BSNL users facing RTOs

I'm sure that the GMs are already aware but this to bring to notice the fact that ALL BSNL broadband users are facing serious issues with RTOs.
People are complaining about their pings unaware that the pings are fluctuating because of packet losses. The pings fluctuate between 84 to 840 for me personally.
I have personally encountered packet losses of upto 27% and its always above 9% and averages at 15% packet losses.
This should not be an ISP issue as it is spread all over the nation and a simultaneous ping to google.com results in 100% success.
Please look into the matter, the issue might be with the server's ISP provider, ask them to look into it and rectify the issue.
regards,
IGN:Forbidden
p.s. all players are request to avoid spamming on this topic, wait for a response from the GMs
also any similarly affected player is asked to post tracert reports and ping analyses of over 100 packets minimum.

Its your ISP Problem. There is clearly no issues on our side. Contact your ISP.
Also try pings to these IPS:
202.53.11.53
202.53.11.49

202.53.11.49 has the least RTOs
202.53.11.53 is next best
202.53.11.50 is the worst
and if its my ISP problem then how are pings to other servers clean??
also its just not my problem, 90% of all BSNL broadband users facing the same problem.
Could it still be just the ISP problem all over the nation??

I am assuming that you are unaware of networking and hops involved in reaching a server.
If you try to reach a certain server address, the path is controlled by your ISP and not by the server to which you are trying to connect. The ISP decides the path through which the packet needs to be transmitted. If the ISP chooses a Idiotic path then u will get RTOs. If the path which it is using has problem in any of its routers/nodes, u will get RTOs.
The reason u are not getting RTOs for other server location could be due to a different path. Do a traceroute to both servers and see the path it takes. They would be completely different.
WE AT A3 MANIA in no way can control that path. That has to be your ISP.
I hope you understood the concept. If not.. then use Google and learn more about this.

@GM Warrior
dude don't you think that the tone in your message was absolutely uncalled for?
If you can so well control the things with a3mania then where are my eshop items?? you come online to the GMs section and pick and choose which topic to reply to, that too in a condescending tone. at least when Gm Blade replied he replied to both my posts.
And about me not having knowledge, just for your information I am a B.Sc. IT graduate studying in a reputed B-school with a cat percentile of 99.4% My grad field should tell you that i do know a lot about networking and other details should tell you that there's a lot more that i know that you don't. Need my CV for the rest??
Am really sorry about my tone but you are the one who incited me. GET YOUR ATTITUDE RIGHT. WE ARE NOT BELOW YOU IN STATUS WE ARE YOUR PEERS.
And dude the tracert reports are showing bottlenecks in the vsnl backend region, every ISP in india uses that backbone (you should be knowing that)
@GM Blade Please look into the problem.
Sorry again about my tone. My previous communications would show that i don't normally talk like this but i lost my temper due to the tone of the message.

Dont show me ur attitude. I doubt you paid attention while you were studying. And WTF is BSc IT and Bollocks I care what you did and what you are? I know my server and settings better than you do. Read the fcking information which I posted and dont bug us regarding this.
I tried to give u some info and u r trying to pee on my head. And Yea. You called for this kind of reply for me. And if you dont like my attitude then you can go and get lost. The information I provided is correct and that is we can suggest. We dont control the bottlenecks you might be facing.

We share our work. Warrior wants to stay away for useless posts. That's his wise decision.

Dude read my explanation carefully again. BTW. it might be bad for you but it is good for majority. If it had been problem with the server, woudn't everyone face the same issue? Common sense rite?
