I dont know if u paid from paypal or account, but this is a General information for all paypal submission. All paypal eshops will be delayed to to problem at paypal end. They have asked for a lot of documents for accounts accepting payments due to taxation issues according to RBI guidelines of India.
SO it will be delayed and will only be sorted after the issue with paypal is resolved.

what's your character name? did you get the confirmation from Blade through ticket to proceed with the paypal payment?
