GM's what the heck u guys doing?!?!

We are waiting for more than 2 weeks for our e-shop items to be delivered and no one is sparing a 1/2hr a week to deliver our stuffs!??! Last sunday also no GM came online to deliver the stuffs
U guys got time to post "a3 returns in progress etc etc " and answer some posts and all but can't spare the same 5min to come online in game to deliver the items .
If u guys just keep on adding new stuffs to the game but not deliver the items ,how are we supposed to play?!?!
bha!!!
