a3 mania got COOL MANAGEMENT here are the features 
1)E-shop deliveries done after a months ( it may take more time as m witin frm more thn 1 month )....
2)u cant c GMs online till 30 - 30 days
3)issues get solve after months sry years
4)GMs hv time to make silly jokes in forum bt no time to cm ingame
5)no events take place only photos aree posted on site ....
if i forgot sm features to write u can add in ths topic
