i m not able to get ss or skill after registering in account tools, i have reconneted, but its not cming
plz look into this matter..

no error message, in site it was written ss and skill successfully acquired but when i came in game and reconnect, there was no skill or ss

Perhaps you should try asking a GM ingame.
