Well I have noticed That the shout is issued only when a player is under a pre-emptive attack on another player and manages to kill him....

But no such shout is issued when a player under self-defense status manages to pk his attacker...Y so..???

The defending character must have the same credit of pking a char..like the attacker pking his victim..isn't it so???

So can the shouts be implemented both ways???
