If I take RB1 at level 151 instead of level 150 will I get extra 6 stat points after taking RB1?
Or is it the same as when taking RB1 at level 150?

Nope.....

For Every RB which u take after achieving the required lvl..... u get 300 Stats points per RB..... And if u lvlup beyond the required lvl..... u'll end up in wasting ur time..... as u wont get "EXTRA STATS" points....
