I truly sympathize. Reliance does JUST that <_<. Except they eventually do manage to fix it. Their favorite line is

"We are very sorry Sir, we will be escalating your complaint to the highest level". After about 5 of this, you just resign yourself to your fate =P.

On a side note, thats a really nice web design.

I second it.. I thought BSNL was bad at it, turns out indicom is worse.
