unable to create game account

dear GM,
i am new here so need some advice,
i am unable to request for an game ID, please assist.
when i wan to create an game ID i got an error msg.
i am not sure after i create my account do your all need GM approval or it will just create it.
if need GMs approval, please let me know as i think i have request quite a number of ID and if need be, please reject all my request and let me know again and i will just request once.
PLease advice

May I know the ETA for this problem be solve? or please advice if I am able to request for a game ID if i can send you the account for the creation ture PM?

dear GM,
you are able to have maintinace on the 28th of march for the server but you are unable to fix this problem....
can you please reply to this problem as i can see that there is alot of ppl that would like to enjoy this game but you are not fixing the problem.
so PLEASE REPLY as i have been waiting for this problem to be fix!!

No still not working!!! now it says invalid registration pin.. tried twice with new pin then to same error!!!

Have you tried with a totally new pin? And make sure your enter the pin correctly.

I've been wanting to register for a few days but haven't been able to. Although the registration form is now online, it shows some errors after submission.
The error shows after I input all info and click Register. A few screenies so you can see what I mean:
While it does say at the end "Account Registered. Please update profile in ACP", but the account doesn't register as ACP returns invalid userid/password.
Here's what it says in the yellow text:
