Ticket system prob

Sir,

I have an issue and tried to open Ticket and opend Ticket at support.a3mania.com and unable to get my Ticket Number in my mail which is used for future reference of my Ticket and issue ~x(

GM's please Check that onec and reply me

We have some issues with the Mailer System. Don't send more than one message. You will receive a reply soon.

Hello GM
Sir could you tell me when would the tickets be checked and a GM would be assigned for the Eshop payment that I have made. I have mailed the acknowledgement at [email protected] with a ticket issued against the mail with id Ticket #357703.
It has been more than 2 weeks! no one has responded yet.
Please I request you to look into this matter.
