Unable To Enter the after Log-In

i hav problem in entering the world after log in with my one ID.
there is no problem with other Ids.When i click on select option in the player selection window
something written in some language comes and says click ok to exit(thre is no other choice given)
My char name is Aparajita (if u need).
plzzzz help.
