Hi soul killer welcome to a3mania!
Go on to this link and download the client:

After u have installed the client download the patch depending upon your system, whether ur system is 32 bit or 64 bit!
http://www.a3mania.com/media/downloads. ... elect&id=3
Copy paste the patch in the a3mania folder n let the client update itself.
When this is over u can start your game!
