Sir I have maailed the matter to support and gt a rply from ur side abt the details required.
i have filled all the details and also attached the screenie of it as a proof.after that i havnt gt a rply from ur side fr almost a week.I could be great if i get a rply to that.

while i was playing
i kept a shop of g10 mace lvl 10
in shop for 4b wz and
i dont knw sm body bought it while i was afk
after putting the shop
while i returned
my dad had come home so i had to close the game
so i closed the pc from the main switch
latter on when i logged in
i chked that g10 mace was missin
so i rced and chkd
bt still it was missing
then i saw 4b wz in inv
it was totally my fault i know it
are their any chances of retrieval or smthing
plz let me know

SO JUST PLAY IT FOR FUN
AND NOT FOR RC

You need to keep atleast 300 Million woonz so that no other player could purchase the item. Failure of that, anyone who has the woonz will be able to buy your item.

Since you have sold the item and the person has got it legally, there is nothing that we could do to help you with your issue.
