Where is the option for ofline teleport in ACP?

It has been removed. Why do you need it anyways?

Beacause I was in cloro map when my last tp was used..... none of my friends was online at 2 am and neither i wanted to travel by foot to clororence....
is there something that has been added to remove requirement of offline teleport that i don't know about...??
