Unable to make KH Crest

Respected GMs,
I am unable to create KH crest, i got enough woonz in inventory and also 20*20 bmp image is in the emblem folder. But when am at the NPC the file is showing but after clicking "Send" option its showing this message "No file selected". This is a problem faced by many peoples here. Please Look into the matter and fix this.
