E-Shop Items Delivery

Dear Scar,
This topic is opened from the behalf of many a3mania players who are suffering for the late delivery of e-shop stuffs. Even after yellow spam in game "We are working on 1 day e-shop delivery", we are suffering for 2 weeks & more late delivery of e-shop stuffs.
We know that you are busy & now maintainance of a3india is also upon you & your team, above all you have to take care of your personal life also but stil please make sure that a3mania dont get neglected for those. We are not getting any good event(except NC war & Bonus map) nor SIDHE.On 15th August we were waiting for whole day just for an event but Alas!! We were not lucky enough.
Coming back to the point, Without making any offence to you I just wanna ask you 1 question, "Will it be too tough for you to make a fixed time (1 hour will be enough I guess) atleast once in a week to deliver e-shop stuffs" ?? Many people like me cannot play 24x7, so a fixed time to deliver e-shop stuffs will be helpful for us. Atleast I am not demanding for 1 day e-shop delivery but once in a week it can be delivered & that will be enough for us.
1 more thing, We who are RB 12 Aura 5, we dont have anything to do except pk pk & sometimes bossing so again the repetetion of same words, "PLEASE OPEN SIDHE"..
