as ppl hv told, it means tht smtyms (whn this feature activates) a creature which u r hitting (nt boss) wud die in 1 shot, no matter w/e hp it has remaining

are, whn this activates means, whn it works, it has sm % chance to work, its nt 100%, means once in a while a creature ur attacking will die in 1 shot, it is implemented in game

There r few things about a3 which are still a mystery. One of them is this 'Normal monster kill at set ratio' property of RN.
As deadraizer said that if this property activates the monster die in one shot no matter how much hp it have.
This certainly dn't seem true. Try killing creeps of epi 4 nd 5 maps. U wn't find this happening even after killing 1000's of creeps.
Secondly few ppl say that on Normal Monsters we get a set value of damage. But that thing i mostly saw in case of those creeps nd bosses who dn't take melee damage. So in way this definition also dn't hold good.
We can only hope that someday we will have its exact meaning.

The h3 creeps do die in 1 hit... i experienced it

on several occasions

u gave answer also in your post. Maybe there is something special in h3 creeps. Maybe scar have set them like this or maybe they were set like this by actoz.
Because if it was due to property of rn then u shld have experienced in sm other map also.
Try killing h3 creep without wearing redyan. I m sure u will still experience the same.

I hv seen tht property activate in many cloro n sidhe maps, so I can assure u its bcoz of rn,
For eg., yesterday I was helping 1 of my friends in his rb 12 q by mobbing creeps in hildtu and para, and many times I saw tht the creep jst died whn I tried to drag it to d mob wid fury or stigma, it takes me 12-15 stigmas to kill 1 creep der, bt smtimes they just die in 1 shot, same wid d sidhe memora field and h2 creeps (After I read d announcement of sidhe creeps stats deduction, went to h2 and tried to kill 1 creep, he died in 1 stigma I was lyk WOAH!, has Scar gone crazy reducing d stats so mch?? bt nxt took 30+ stigmas

)
