check tis error GM's

y'day downloaded d client..click A3.exe then tis shows n that Full progress bar dnt more nemore for hours
if i cancel it n start game nothng happens after enterin Id n Pass i press OK it get "still" for few sec like hang n then it resume at same page as nothng happens
