Transfering of Chars

Hello Sir
This is my first ever Request to U ever or any other GMs.
I Play with 2 chars both in same accounts 1. RB 12 lvl 161 Mage, 2. RB 4 lvl 117 Archer.
I m having a space Crunch in Storage Box. I m Already Using 20 - 30 storage boxes.
I have another Account which is empty is there any chance that the RB 4 char can be transfered in the 2nd account.
I can Provide u enough Proofs to convince u that the said account n characters belong to me.
Plzzz Reply me @ earliest.
